Dear attendees of the 2010 Meg Quigley Vivaldi Symposium,

For those of you who will be arriving at the Cleveland-Hopkins Airport, there is a shuttle that runs to and from Oberlin three times daily. The shuttle costs $10/person and picks people up from the airport at 8am, 12pm and 5pm on weekdays. The bus stop is located on the ticketing level of the airport outside of United Airlines (curbside). Please look for the "AOS" bus stop sign. If you need a ride during a time that the shuttle is not running, a shuttle can be chartered for $20.00 per person (during non-shuttle hours) or $39.00 per vehicle (For up to 4 passengers) 24 hours a day by reservation only. The number for the shuttle company is 440-775-7779. There are also several taxi companies that run from the airport. If you have any questions or concerns about your travel to Oberlin, feel free to contact me by email or phone. My phone number is (512) 626-9605. We look forward to seeing you all soon! For hotels and housing options please click the "List of Hotels and Lodging" link above

Sincerely,
Amanda Turley
